NBA 2K17: 8 Most Frustrating Things In MyGM
8. Ridiculous Owner Expectations
At the beginning of the season, the team owner welcomes you and already dishes out his demands. He wants the top 10 rookie to play at least 26 minutes a game. He wants you to acquire a player rated at 87 or higher. He wants the chemistry to stay over 60. He wants you to trade a particular player. And almost always, he wants to stay under the salary cap.
All of these are fine and fairly reasonable... when given out separately. But in (virtual) reality: the rookie is just not that good, the only player that wants to sign with you shares the same position as your best player, the chemistry immediately drops when you trade the player that the owner wanted to leave, and the salary cap does not allow you to make any big moves expected by the owner.
Just make up your mind, man! You want to get me fired after my first season?
