With the other four positions filled with developmental players, it's the power forward position that needs an improvement. Enter Markieff Morris, a solid and strong player, who can immediately become a starter. Morris is 27, which would make him the oldest player in the starting line-up.

The pick exchange is a good move as well, as the Timberwolves will most definitely make the playoffs if you'll take control of them. The Wizards though - who knows.
