Nintendo Switch: 10 Obvious Flaws That Need Fixing
10. Streaming Platforms
The Switch has a lot of glaring omissions, but lacking any kind of streaming support is by far its most bizarre.
It seems like such a no-brainer. Being able to take a little portable TV with you anywhere you go would be so cool for certain situations. Long train ride? Watch some Brooklyn Nine-Nine. On a lunch break at work? Watch some Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Church service getting boring? Alright, I think you get where I'm going with this.
Now, it's important to note the Switch does technically have two streaming platforms - YouTube, and Hulu.
However, Hulu is only available in a few selection territories (sorry Britain) and YouTube isn't exactly the type of streaming service most people are after. There's a pretty stark contrast between watching KSI do another silly ghost prank and, y'know, watching something that's actually funny - like Brooklyn Nine-Nine!
A lot of people have theorized that the problem is on Nintendo's end, considering Hulu is a thing in other territories.
Exactly what Netflix has done to offend Nintendo so much will most likely never be known, but c'mon on fellas, can't we just bury the hatchet?
Some of us just wanna watch our dumb cop show in bed.
