4. Use Provoke Or Challenge To Access Hidden Paths & Buildings

I covered this earlier as part of the tip involving Therion's secret Golden Axe, however it's worth noting that nearly every town has a path, house or location accompanied by an NPC stationed outside.

Always keep someone on your team who has the Provoke/Challenge skill (either H'aanit or Olberic at the beginning, or anybody once you can assign it), and get to exploring.

Inside these locations are often swathes of treasure, be it in chests or just interactive parts of the environment, giving you an advantage in the earliest hours of the game in particular.
