11. Get Your Whole Team Earning Job Points At The Same Time

Turns out that - even though the majority of the game sees you go without the functionality - there is a way to group-earn XP AND Job Points.
Done by obtaining specific items, you'll need to do the following:
Captain's Badge (XP booster): Obtained on a side quest in Wellspring. Talk to the Captain (denoted by his orange speech bubble), then go to Goldshore Cathedral and use "Inquire" or "Scrutinise" (Alfyn or Cyrus) on Bishop Donovan to reveal his secrets. Return to Wellspring, talk to the Captain again and you're done.
Badge of Friendship (JP booster): Obtained after finishing Ophilia's main story, then nabbing Therion to going to Saintsbridge, you'll need to trigger the main quest with Emil before heading to the right. Once off the bridge you should be able to use Therion's Steal ability to nab the River Blossom from the Bully, returning it to Nathan. In return, you'll get the Badge of Friendship.
Both of these items help level your entire team, rather than just those that are active. Though it takes a LOT of grinding to prioritise just one character for the Badge of Friendship, the results could be worth it.
