10. Junkrat: Hayseed

Junkrat is a character I just can't seem to wrap my head around; he's Joker meets Mad Max and almost always seems to get play of the game with his spinning rip tire of death. The trickster has an awesome set of unlockable outfits though, and none can top his Scarecrow-inspired look.

It's fiery, demonic, intimidating and makes me want to run a mile in the opposite direction whenever I see it. What more could you possibly ask for?
