17. Soldier 76: Strike Commando 76

Soldier 76 is a great character no matter what way you look at him. He's a Clint Eastwood-esque veteran of the original Overwatch and is a relatively easy character to pick up and play. His skins too are pretty fantastic, and, much like the character himself, heavily inspired by pop-culture.

Take the commando costume for example; you may not have noticed, but it bears a striking resemblance to Tommy Lee Jones's 'Chip Hazard', from the film Small Soldiers. Seriously, take a look for yourself. The similarities are uncanny, and if they don't provide enough incentive to pick this outfit up, then I don't know what will.
