PES 2015: 10 Over-Rated Players Who Need Downgrading

It's time for Konami to overhaul their outdated ratings system

PES 2015 is a fantastic representation of true football and more than holds its own against EA Sports juggernaut FIFA 15 on the pitch this year. But then it's far from perfect and obviously, there are areas that still need work to complete the experience, not least the outdated ratings system. Konami have struggled with overall ratings since they made the switch from their infamous hexagon grids to actual numerical design and while weekly live updates help PES 2015, there are still some real life players who must be jumping with joy at how generous Konami have been with their digital counterparts. With the January updates just around the corner, Konami have a chance to massively improve their statistics system especially after how poor some of the players in the in-game top ten have been playing lately. After all, ratings should be as much about form as natural talent and Konami should take 2K Sports' brave downgrading of Lebron James from 97 to 84 as inspiration for this. Whether they will be so harsh remains to be seen, but there are a significant number of high-ranked players they could choose to downgrade if they're brave enough...
