11. Don't Pokemon & Drive

Perhaps proving definitively that Pokemon Go might be the latest step in proliferating Darwinism, a 28-year-old New Yorker by the name of Steven Cary crashed his car into a tree last week while playing the game.

Cary, for some reason, readily admitted the mind-bogglingly stupid infraction, and though miraculously nobody was killed by his idiocy, he did suffer a broken ankle and completely totaled his vehicle.

It may seem like common sense to all but the sewer-dwelling knuckle-draggers among us, yet the threat of people driving and Pokemon-ing is so legitimate that the NYPD actually issued an advisory of safety tips for players, stating, "Do not drive or ride your bike, skateboard, or other device while interacting with the app...you can't do both safety."
