9. The Reveal Date

The leak charts that all PlayStation 5 information will be unveiled in an official reveal showcase for the press and media on February 5th.

It is referred to as the 'PlayStation Meeting' event and states it will be held at the Sony Hall in New York City.

It makes sense, if Sony plans on dropping a console this year, they will need to get the ball rolling in an official reveal sooner then later, especially since Xbox has already taken a few steps forward in that department.

Other factors lean into this reveal date. Sony formally unveiled the PlayStation 4 in a streaming conference in February 2013 in advance of a November release that year.

Additionally, Sony is currently holding an 'Experience PlayStation' celebration event in New York from Jan 14th to Feb 16th, it's an easy assumption that they'll use the event to reveal PS5.
