UbisoftRainbow Six: Vegas and Vegas 2 had one of the best online ranking systems to date. Rather than using numbers or something strange except for Vegas 2, which eventually brought numbers into the Elite rank Rainbow went for a classic military approach by adopting insignias. Everyone who played the series remembers the effort which was required to rank up, and earning the rank of Elite showed a truly committed player. Ubisoft should focus on finding a unique ranking system to adopt for Siege. It might not be a make-or-break feature for some, but each title should have some form of distinct ranking system which people can automatically identify about that game. With a heavily-centred multiplayer experience at the heart of Siege, Ubisoft needs to create an efficient ranking system which helps separate it from other FPS titles on the market.
