131. Bellsprout

I mean, what do you want me to say about Bellsprout? Just look at it? What is actually going on there? It looks a bit like a kid's drawing of Angelina Jolie.

130. Weepinbell

129. Koffing

It's easy to criticise Koffing, but it was a mainstay of the anime for ages, its Japanese name throws huge shade at America, and just look at its face? You've never been that happy.

128. Seaking

Please refer to my entry about Ekans. There is nothing good nor bad about Seaking, however it having a 1 Hit KO move is dank.

127. Persian

Cats are sorely underrepresented in Pokémon (when you think about how many character designs are based around, say, dogs or fish), so Persian has that going for it. Again though, largely quite bland.
