11. Velstadt, The Royal Aegis
Three dudes in armour in a row? Pretty sure that's bingo! However, Velstadt is one of the better examples of an armoured foe the game provides. Beyond his appearance and really cool intro cinematic, the fight with him can be incredibly difficult. Learning the timings to dodge his massive hammer and his magic can take a fair while. On top of all that, the lore behind him and Raime (Lore that is expanded upon the DLC) is exceptional and proves that a little backstory can change the emotional weight behind a fight.
