9. Campaign Co-Op

We already know that Red Dead Redemption 2 is going to focus on seven outlaws, but it hasn't been confirmed yet whether or not the game is going to follow GTA V's approach of having more than one playable protagonist.

However you can't imagine that Rockstar would throw away a mechanic that brought them so much success with GTA V (especially considering the expanded cast), and if it does make a return, then letting real human players control the other playable characters in the game would be the feature's most logical evolution.

GTA Online has already shown how much fun there is to be had when working together and completing missions in Rockstar's giant open worlds, so letting them buddy up in the single-player as well would be a natural progression of the developer's increasing focus on online connectivity.
