Thanks to a viral that has just hit the net it looks like we are going to be learning a lot more about the upcoming release of Resident Evil 6. A website, called NoHopeLeft.com has appeared which tracks the appearance of graffiti featuring biohazard symbols around the world, bearing the ominous message "No Hope Left" and the date 19.02.12. The website has got franchise fans talking because it's registry details seem remarkably similar to those of the Operation Raccoon City website InserteDevil.com. The interesting feature is of course the biohazard symbol incorporated into the messages, as well as supposedly painted on its own in some of the examples, as Biohazard is the Japanese title for Resident Evil, and that makes the date even more exciting for fans of the zombie-apocalypse franchise, with collective hopes pinned on a release announcement. This video is the most substantial addition to the website that isn't only devoted to the graffiti and features a distressed lady speaking in Mandarin to her partner... http://youtu.be/p3HsO0hZuUY So will tomorrow bring the announcement? The hints are all there. The date is significant as the day before the Capcom press conference celebrating the franchise's 15th anniversary on the 20th, and it would seem the ideal opportunity to unveil the latest major addition to the series. http://youtu.be/FG_UrVG_W2Y
