10. Even More Video Tape Vignettes

One of the most interesting additions to Resi 7 were the video tapes that were scattered throughout.

Playing these tapes transported you into the shoes of an entirely different character who had visited the Baker mansion before you, giving the developers the ability to create short, original vignettes that had the freedom to break away from the mechanics of the main game.

Not only were they home to some great little scares, but they acted as an insight into the state of the world before you arrived in it, fleshing out the story and providing valuable clues as to where you needed to go next.

The only disappointing thing about these videos was that there wasn't enough of them, and with the sequel Capcom needs to focus on implementing them even more in the campaign.
