23. Fong Ling

When players aren't in control of Bruce in Dead Aim, they get to play as Fong Ling instead.

She's a Chinese intelligence agent sent by her government to thwart the same bioterrorist as Bruce. But despite Ling and her American counterpart sharing the same goal, her intentions are less clear. She even refuses to join forces with him initially.

Ling's mysterious nature makes her a much more interesting character than her companion. Despite the added intrigue she brings to the table, the same shoddy controls and writing for her are prevent Fong Ling from becoming especially remarkable.

However, she does have assault rifle as her primary weapon. And that's always a bonus in any Resident Evil game.
