Not to be confused with the U-8 in Resident Evil 5, the U-3 has pretty much no relation and is only referred to as 'It' by Salazar shortly after fighting with Krauser.

Trying to navigate the crate section (that is suspended above a bottomless abyss) will fill anyone with dread and this only increases as the drop timer kicks in.

What seems to like quite a generic boss actually turns out to have a rather unique encounter - by giving Leon no choice but to run as the sections of the crate drops into the abyss.

How To Beat:

After fleeing from the U-3 and dropping it along with the third crate, it will return more dangerous than before with a Plaga growth in its back.

Shooting this Plaga will make short work of the U-3, but the crate section is why it is so high on this list.
