A brief but undeniably shocking part of The Stick of Truth occurs when you're forced to shrink yourself in order to escape government agents swarming the abortion clinic. You end up beneath the floorboards of the building, having to deal with Nazi zombie rats, one of which is feasting on an unborn fetus when you go to attack it. Amusing only as much as it is vile, this is easily one of the more grotesque sights in the entire game, and thankfully doesn't last for too long!
