Everyone familiar with Spider-Man knows the story of Peter Parker's parents. They died when he was very young, and he was then raised by Uncle Ben and May Parker, but their secret history has only recently come into the public spotlight.

The subject of 2014's Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter's parents status as government agents has long been a source for stories in the comics. Insomniac have opted to replicate the origin here too, and even went to the length of including pictures of Richard and Mary Parker to be found in a backpack.
