25. My Balloon!

As far as children related to Spider-Man go, none are more infamous than Spider-Man 2's balloon child.

A recurring side character who loses control of their balloon, Spidey is forced to rescue their helium-fuelled toy from the skies and return it to them. The voice acting was atrocious and the child soon developed cult status amongst the wall-crawler's fandom, even becoming a victim of Venom in 2005's Ultimate Spider-Man game.

Insomniac's game, thankfully, does not feature balloon child, but he is referenced in a backpack collectable - a picture of the web-slinger rescuing the balloon in question.
