8. New York Has Changed

Something that might not be so obvious in The City That Never Sleeps is how the city itself is changing.

The events of the main game have clearly taken their toll on New York City, as several key areas in the game have been modified in little ways.

The most obvious of these is Fisk Tower, which is up for lease during the events of the DLC. Although this could just be signifying how Fisk is out of the picture now, it could also be indicative of someone else coming to the city.

Another cool one is Otto's lab, which has been completely boarded up by the police, leaving it completely inaccessible to Peter. What about the research inside?

Yuri's rampage also takes The Bar With No Name out of commission, which is a popular hiding place for several key villains. Where will they go now?

All of these threads might not mean much, but at the very least they show how the city is evolving throughout everything.
