Sure, Kanan Jarrus may be one of the best characters in Star Wars Rebels, but Ezra is certainly the most important.
Ezra represents one of the best balances between the light side of the Force and the dark side. He genuinely struggles with it and his growth in not just his abilities but also his character, makes him one of the most compelling characters in the series.
The best thing about Ezra, and the best reason to include him in Battlefront 2, is his weapon of choice. Whilst his Force abilities aren't particularly amazing, Ezra's self built Lightsaber is easily one of the coolest in Star Wars history.
Acting as both a blaster and a Lightsaber, Ezra could feature as a mix of ranged and close combat. There aren't any other heroes who could feasibly do this, which would make Ezra an incredibly unique hero to play as.
