Another potentially beautiful map would have to be Coruscant. A close inspection of the image above clearly shows how detailed you could go with the city. There's an incredible amount of locations you could centre a fight, whether it be around the Jedi Temple area, landing pads up in the skyline, or down below in the gritty streets. The latter could be spectacular at night with the various neon lights of clubs and bars beaming all around. The only problem with Coruscant is that it's unclear whether EA would consider delving into the prequels.
