No, Disco Fever is something far more sinister, as you get thrown into a psychedelic otherworld in which Mario - at various points - turns into a neanderthal, jumps around in a high-heeled shoe, and must deal with all manner of superimposed hallucinations. It's too harrowing to recall. Just see it for yourself...
