10. Return Of The Ice Climbers!

Series veterans the Ice Climbers were disappointingly absent from the last iteration of Smash.

The reasoning was put down to a lack of power in the Nintendo 3DS - having two separate characters running around proved too taxing, and with Nintendo wanting a handheld version of the game to go alongside the Wii U version, both titles suffered.

Now though, with the Switch allowing players to enjoy Smash Bros both on the go and at home, there's no reason for the Ice Climbers to be left out. The console is clearly powerful enough, being slightly more powerful than the Wii U, and fans would like to see these two retro characters make a return to the fray.
