One of the coolest features in the DZ is proximity chat, which allows you to speak to players outside of your party as long as they're in your vicinity. It makes the world feel more vibrant and alive compared to the usual four-player squad-based carnage of the main game, but loose lips can also sink ships. You can learn a lot simply from following around other groups and listening to their conversations...namely what loot they've picked up. It can certainly be tempting to let loose on another player if they've picked up a tasty pink item, especially if you're a higher level and they're in a smaller group, so remember to not boast out in the open to your teammates about what you just picked up: save the gloating for once it's safely extracted.
