Like any good open-world game, The Witcher 3 is filled with references to real-world pop culture. But among the more surreal of these is one where you wander into a cave in the south-west corner of the mountain range on Skellige - home to three chronically flatulent rock trolls called Joe, Jesse and Dodger. Fans of YouTube games reviewers will recognise these names as references to Angry Joe, Jesse Cox and DexterityBonus from YouTube, who actually voiced the trolls in the game. It's definitely one of the game's most comical moments, because no matter how old you are or how seriously you take yourself, there's objectively nothing in the world as funny as farting - of which there is plenty in this encounter. Don't get complacent though, because despite their bowel problems, these three trolls still make for a tough fight.
