2. Captain Scarlett (Borderlands 2: Captain Scarlett and Her Pirates Booty)
Two villains from the same game on this list! Sacrilege! To put it simply: Scarlett is a lousy pirate, particularly because of her honesty about her untrustworthiness. She constantly lets you know, in a semi-apologetic, semi-bragging tone that she will betray you: Full disclosure: I will absolutely stab you in the back somewhere down the road. This renders her clumsy betrayal attempt to be somewhat endearing more than it is aggravating. Shes the reason that this odd Pirates of the Caribbean-esque adventure on Pandora works so well. Hopefully well see her character make another appearance in the inevitable sequel to Gearboxs shooter.
