5. Batman: Arkham Origins - Cold, Cold Heart

Batman: Arkham Origins is something of a black sheep among the Batman: Arkham franchise, being not only a prequel but also the only game in the mainline series not developed by Rocksteady.

And while there's a fair consensus that it's the weakest of the four Arkham games, in large part because it feels like too much a retread of both Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, the Cold, Cold Heart DLC is a certified banger.

As you might've guessed from the title, this expansion centers around Mr. Freeze terrorising Gotham City. 

In addition to giving the supervillain a fantastic introduction, the ice-covered Gotham lends the DLC a unique atmosphere, all while Batman gets an awesome new suit designed to help him deal with the ice.

Because Cold, Cold Heart released six months after the original game's mild launch, it was seemingly overlooked by a lot of fans, even though it remains one of the finest slivers of Arkham DLC ever produced.
