4. Complete Knightfall Protocol - Batman: Arkham Knight

The main ending of Batman: Arkham Knight sees Bruce Wayne activate the Knightfall Protocol, whereby he fakes the deaths of himself and Alfred.

However, a more fleshed-out version of this ending can be unlocked which includes an additional epilogue showing the wedding of Barbara Gordon and Tim Drake, as well as Batman continuing to patrol the streets of Gotham.

But getting there is one hell of an effort. 

You need to complete all fourteen of the Most Wanted side missions, which includes hoovering up all 243 Riddler Trophies.

These trophies are scattered throughout Gotham and can be a serious pain in the ass to find, while acquiring them once you've found them involves completing gadget and vehicle-based challenges.

It's an astounding level of busy-work, most of it not particularly fun busy-work, in order to watch a two-minute cutscene.

And so, you can't really blame people for either using a guide to find the trophies as efficiently as possible, or just straight-up watching the complete Knightfall ending on YouTube. Life's too damn short.
