Perhaps, for me at least, one of the Attitude Eras most underrated performers, Test (a.k.a Andrew Martin) was released from his WWE contract (apparently in a mutual decision but, well can you ever be sure?) after violating WWEs wellness program. Afterwards Test (then named Andrew Martin) appeared in TNA a potential reason hes not present for WWE 13 before his tragic and untimely death in 2009. If things had gone a little differently for Martin, perhaps wed have eventually seen him wearing the WWE gold, but unfortunately well never know. Still, Test was a mainstay of the Attitude Eras mid card and his absence from the final confirmed WWE 13 roster is as disappointing is it is probably expected.
