As a WWE Hall Of Famer, there's no good excuse for not having Scott Hall in WWE 2K16. Many of his buddies, such as Kevin Nash, Shawn Michaels and X-Pac are characters in the game, so why isn't Hall? The man is on good terms with the company nowadays, and in a much better place personally. The focus on character selection definitely seems to have revolved around Steve Austin's career, but all the other members of The Kliq are included. As Razor Ramon, Hall had a distinguished career in both the then-WWF and WCW. The man was a founding member of the nWo, and a multi-time Intercontinental Champion. 2K Games have to ask WWE for permission to put wrestlers in each game, so it's possible that they were told not to include Scott Hall. If so, that's utterly stunning, because the man definitely deserves a place. Surely this glaring omission will be rectified via DLC in the near future. Ramon's peers are all there, and he's too big a star to miss out on.
