Having only departed ROH in May 2016, it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise that Cedric Alexander isn't included on the main roster. To similar ends, it's no real surprise that the majority of the Cruiserweight Division were left out also (again probably just thanks to timing).

He's obviously one of the most popular figures from the Division though, since he immediately jumps into the Top 15 of CAWs. And the design work that's gone into him is pretty spot on.
