It was actually pretty shocking last year that Kevin Owens was rated higher than Roman Reigns, particularly as he was consistently being booked weaker on TV. Surely that has to be adjusted this year, now that Owens hasn't really progressed in strength terms and Reigns is being pushed to the moon no matter what you feel about it...

Even 90 is probably a touch generous, but judging by the fact that someone at 2K clearly has a thing for Owens - and their usual favouring of stockier guys - probably means he won't drop too far. And to do so would probably be a little unfair too.
