Rejoice, for it is Rusev Day once again.
OK, so we're cheating a little bit here. That is pretty much Rusev's in-game model to a tee, and it wasn't built from the ground up by Hughniverse. Until 2K start implementing a roster update feature however, this writer is giving all the plaudits to Hugh. Take that, development team.
When playing WWE video games, fans don't want to see outdated attires, entrance routines or move sets. Gaming shouldn't be that way in 2018; there's no excuse for dev teams failing to provide regular updates to the WWE roster's look. This isn't WWF Warzone y'know.
That's why this "Rusev Day" model is so good.
Hughniverse didn't stop at adding a new t-shirt and set of trunks. No, they also tweaked Rusev's entrance moves so he doesn't come to the ring as the foreign-menace heel of old. We're grateful of that.
