6. An Improved Pin System
A lot of players have complained about the various pin systems in WWE 2K games over the years, and the latest is sadly no exception.

Wildly over-complicated to the point that you can easily end up losing a match despite your wrestler being in solid shape, 2K desperately needs to learn that something as simplistic as button-mashing would be far more preferable to the unnecessarily confusing pin mechanics here.
With kick-outs actually being tweaked this year to be faster and marginally more challenging, it's safe to say that 2K has basically gone in the opposite direction.

This is absolutely one area of the game where simpler is unquestionably better.
