2. Tyler Breeze (77)

There's no denying just how damn entertaining Tyler Breeze can be, and while his return to NXT has certainly allowed him to remind everyone of his solid ring work, a 77 feels a tad high compared to some of the game's other superstars.

In particular, his shared namesake Tyler Bate also has a 77 rating, despite the enormous gulf of in-ring talent between them, not to ignore the fact that Breeze is incredulously rated higher than Noam Dar (68), Gentleman Jack Gallagher (71), The Brian Kendrick (73), and Chad Gable (75), to name just a few.

Breeze is probably worthy of an early-70s rating all things considered, and again, this feels like he got a boost off the basis of his personality rather than the statement he makes in the ring.
