20. Shayna Baszler

While many of the female superstars received a major boost in 2K20 (due to its abolishment of the stupid 'females must rank lower' rule), Shayna Baszler's boost was substandard as the former NXT Women's Champion only moved up two points to 83.

Now, given how strong she's been booked as of late - with her dominance resulting in one of the most lopsided (and worst) Elimination Chamber matches in history - it's likely that her long overdue boost will finally come into 2K21.

She'll not venture into Ronda Rousey territory just yet... but she's certainly on her way there.
