Similarly, Trick Williams is a shoo-in for WWE 2K23's DLC. Just below Nathan Frazer's reference, his name can be seen, albeit a tad less obvious. The lettering is slightly obscured by other aspects of the newspaper, with only his surname clearly visible; prospective players will need to read a little closer to see it says 'Trick', and not 'Petey', 'Steve', or indeed 'Doug'.

WWE 2K23 will also mark Trick Williams' first WWE games appearance, Trick having joined the McMahon-fronted organisation in February 2021. His ally, Carmelo Hayes, will be an on-disc roster member; he, too, will be making his first computerised WWE appearance.
