6. Lauren LaVera - Man Or Bear

Lauren LaVera is best known for her star-making work as protagonist Sienna Shaw in the last two Terrifier movies, which alone have established her as one of the most iconic scream queens of the decade. But not one to rest on her laurels, in addition to the upcoming Terrifier 4, LaVera will also star in Man or Bear - a film inspired by the TikTok thought experiment which asked women whether they'd rather be alone in the forest with a man or a bear.

The result is a survival horror-thriller in which LaVera plays Alex, a solo backpacker who finds herself joined by a male hiker whose behaviour becomes increasingly erratic. And that's without getting into the bear which the duo apparently also find themselves facing off against.

In the Terrifier franchise alone, LaVera has confirmed herself to be a ferocious and easy-to-root-for heroine, and so it takes virtually no imagination at all to picture her knocking this role way out of the park.
