13. Crispin Glover - The Third Parent

The Third Parent is a new horror film based on the infamous creepypasta of the same name, revolving around an unsuspecting family who are targeted by a disturbing, doll-like figure, Tommy Taffy, who swiftly exerts control over said family.

Considering the popularity of the original creepypasta and iconic nature of Tommy Taffy online, it's certainly one hell of a tough part to cast, but the filmmakers struck gold by securing the great Crispin Glover for the role.

Glover's entire career is basically defined by playing oddballs, weirdos, creeps, and unnerving individuals, so he seems like an incredibly snug fit for Tommy - assuming he's supported by a striking makeup job, of course.

Regardless of how the film turns out overall, there's absolutely no way that Glover doesn't give a totally captivating performance, and one which brings the mythologised character to life in more tangible terms than we've ever seen before.
