10 Best Led Zeppelin Songs Of All Time

5. Communication Breakdown

Basically this track is a prototype for the punk sound that would appear just under a decade after this was released on Zeppelin€™s debut in 1968. A raucous blast of raw energy and screaming vocals, it€™s pure punk rock, a full 8 years before punk existed. In fact, Johnny Ramone would copy the sped up, down-stroke guitar playing of Jimmy Page and incorporate into The Ramones sound. Gritty, vicious and direct, it€™s simply a stunning piece of rock€™n€™roll.
