First of all, on Monday, American hard rock/groove metal stars Five Finger Death Punch confirmed that they have completely finished recording what is set to be their seventh studio album, which is set for release later this year.

Love them or hate them, the five-piece are undeniably one of metal's most popular acts, and this news is set to have a fair few elite fans worked into a frenzy. But the reason this announcement isn't higher on this list is that there's a catch.

And it's a pretty big catch: the band's current label, Prospect Records, is suing them, claiming the band tried to "cash in" on them "before the anticipated downfall of their addicted bandmate" Ivan moody, whom has had many private and personal issues made public last year, leading to him even having to be replaced on-tour by Phil Labonte.

Five Finger Death Punch fans can only hope the band-label issues are resolved as soon as possible so that new music can finally escape into the masses.
