Perfecting the art of catchy hooks, Nickelback are the masters of crafting songs that just beg to be played in massive stadiums, where everyone can get together and feel good about the world, no doubt posting on Instagram about the 'best nite EVERRRR! x'. Come to think of it, the band do an admirable job of writing tunes which fit multiple occasions. On the surface, this one sounds upbeat and happy, but it's actually about rejection, loss and hoping for better. Regardless, science is right, you're singing along right now.
