2. Anti-Flag - 20/20 Vision

As far as mainstream American punk rock is concerned, 2020 has not been a great year. Of course 2020 hasn't been a great year in most senses, but Anti-Flag did very little to help themselves with their twelfth album, '20/20 Vision'.

The messages of Anti-Flag's music have remained a predominant and consistent factor throughout most of their albums. Despite this, the punchy political narratives on display here didn't distract from the lacklustre musical execution. Arguably the band's worst album to date, '20/20 Vision' was released to a generally critical fan reception as it failed to achieve atmospheric consistency between songs, while also struggling to engage the listener throughout.

Anti-Flag are one of the most consistent punk bands of the modern era, but '20/20 Vision' proves that nobody is perfect and we can all have off days.
