Obviously a list like this only accounts for a small proportion of the genres out there due to my personal preferences. But if you'd prefer something slightly more electronic than the stuff I've shown you so far then give this a listen: The bassline to 'Yours' is pulsing €“ remaining in your head long after you finish listening - and the vocals are simple but intricately woven to produce a catchy track that gets you moving to burst out of your chair as it reaches its climax. Christian Anderkin gets credit for the instrumentation and production of this 12 track album €“ credit justly deserved due to his evident skill at layering electronic components on top of each other to produce fully-rounded standalone masterpieces with each song. Sebastian Campbell has an inoffensive, confident vocal style that is clean and works well with the genre, especially in '45'. Sarah Chesser also deserves praise for her guest vocal contribution to the floaty 'Want' that transports the listener to a mystical place. Here is a talented bunch of youngsters, who we'd like to hear a lot more from over the course of the next year.
