Following the incredible critical and commercial success of the band's third album The Black Parade (to date the record has sold over 3 million albums worldwide) Way and his fellow band members felt they had achieved and surpassed their wildest dreams. €œI'm really proud of Danger Days and I'm glad it happened€ Way said during an interview with Andy Greenwald. €œMCR was this thing that was intense and about mental health and about treating people equal, but it was really dark to get to the bright €“ it was always really dark €“ and I don't know that it sustained turning the colour up.€ Hearing Way express uncertainty about the band's final album is strange.
