Led Zeppelin were staying in Seattle in a place called The Edgewater Hotel with another band called Vanilla Fudge. They could fish outside their windows as the hotel management lent them fishing reels. John Bonham proved to be an adept fisherman and caught some red snappers and mud sharks. Zeppelin were performing at a concert and all went well until after the show when members of the band were drinking with members of Vanilla Fudge. There happened to be a groupie, and this is where rock star legends are formed. The groupie was apparently tied up and had intimate dalliances with Bonham's fish. According to Led Zeppelin singer Robert Plant, the girl did not protest when fish entered into the fun and games, and she even said thank you when she left.
