I can already tell that this list is going to be heart-breaking for me. Kids In The Street is another gem that was mysteriously swept under the rug.

The All-American Rejects, for me, were always a good pop-punk band. Nothing more. Until this album came along. Suddenly the angsty, over-attached music I knew had evolved into something quite intelligent and cool. It was a little experimental and so exciting for me. I had never expected the band that had made me jump around and sing along to throw away tracks like Dirty Little Secret and Swing, Swing could produce songs like Gonzo and Someday€™s Gone.

Lyrics such as €œOut of the grind and into the grave; it€™s time, it€™s time, only when you look forward can you see behind€ were a huge improvement on €œI€™ll keep you my dirty little secret, don€™t tell anyone or you€™ll be just another regret.€

It even shared a producer who€™d worked for Adele and One Republic! Yet for some reason or another, this album also failed to hit the charts. It made even worse numbers than Hands All Over. Compared to the last three All-American Rejects album it was massively disappointing. I will admit that I heard the first single Beekeeper€™s Daughter on a few radio stations at the time of the album€™s release. But when an established band puts out quality music like this€well, you expect people to remember it.
